Aaron

An outstanding speaker with a degree in psychology, Aaron has won the First Place of Evaluation Speech Contest and the Second Place of Speaking Contest in the Toastmasters Division contests in 2019, competing with hundreds of the best speakers from BC and Yukon. Aaron gives clear and concise feedback for each student. His teaching, full of humor and passion, invigorates the entire class.  

Lindi

Lindi is a high school teacher as well as a poet. She won first place in the BC poetry contest. In her speaking class she combines a rigorous school curriculum with poetic romance and deep personal emotions. She is genuinely loved by students. Lindi was also a speaker in TEDx WhiteRock 2018.

David

David was once an actor, active both on stage and on screen. David greatly enhances visual effect by combining speaking with acting. David is a speaker in TEDx Brighouse 2018.

Gwen

Gwen was the National Mentorship Program Developer and Coordinator with the Women in Leadership Foundation, and her ONE Conversation has been helping many people resolve issues and achieve goals for over 25 years. Gwen teaches Communication and Public Speaking Courses at Langara College/Vancouver School Board.

Alison

Alison worked with BBC in UK for more than 10 years. After moving to Canada, she worked as the Provincial Judgefor “BC Communities in Bloom” for 9 years. Alison was the coach of TEDx@WhiteRock, and she has been teaching public speaking for children and youth for years.

Steven

Steven is a life-time Educator with + 20 years of experience working directly with people. He has Masters of Education classes and Pre-Doctorate class University of Alberta. He was the Head teacher Richmond Multi Cultural Concerns Society. His strength is academic writing and speaking.

Kevin

Kevin is a lawyer called to the BC Bar in 2016. He has received numerous awards and achievements, including the Blake Cassels & Graydon LLP Prize in Canadian Constitutional Law, the Begbie Trophy for mooting in BC, the J.S.D. Tory Prize for Advocacy, and the Dr. Ira Dilworth Prize in English. He designs and teaches the Canadian Law and Moot Court Program at Future V Institute.

Anthony

Anthony is a PhD student at UBC. He competed in the National Public Speaking Championships as well as in parliamentary debating, and placed 9th in the persuasive speech across Canada. In 2018, he placed second in Toastmasters Division International Speech contest. He was also recognized with an award for Outstanding Teaching Assistant at UBC.
